Cancellation Policy

Linkit Services is operated by Linkit Services LLC.
This Cancellation Policy applies to every booking placed through Linkit Services. By confirming a booking, you agree to the cancellation windows and fees described below.
Cancellation Windows & Fees
Cancellation fees are calculated against the total service value of the booking at the time it was scheduled.
- 24 hours or more before the scheduled service — Free cancellation. No fee will be charged and any prepayment is refundable in accordance with our refund process.
- Less than 24 hours before the scheduled service — A cancellation fee may be charged to cover provider scheduling and lost-availability costs.
- Same-day cancellations — A cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total service value may be charged.
- Customer no-shows — If a provider arrives at the scheduled location and cannot access the property or reach the customer within a reasonable wait period, the booking may be charged up to 100% of the total booking amount.
How to Cancel
To cancel or reschedule a booking, contact Linkit Services as early as possible by replying to your booking confirmation, using the cancel option in your account, or emailing support@linkitservices.com. The applicable fee is determined by the time your cancellation request is received, not the time it is processed.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling a booking at least 24 hours in advance is free. Rescheduling requests made inside the 24-hour window may be treated as a cancellation plus a new booking and may incur the fees described above.
Emergency & Discretionary Waivers
Linkit Services LLC may waive cancellation fees at its sole discretion in cases of documented emergencies, illness, severe weather, or other circumstances reasonably beyond the customer's control. Waivers are evaluated case-by-case and are not a right or guarantee.
Provider-Initiated Cancellations
If a provider cancels a confirmed booking, Linkit Services will attempt to reassign the booking to another available provider or issue a refund of any prepayment for that booking. Provider cancellations do not result in a customer fee.
Refunds
Where a cancellation is eligible for refund, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card network and are typically completed within 5–10 business days.
Policy Updates
Linkit Services LLC may update this Cancellation Policy from time to time. The version in effect on the date your booking is confirmed is the version that applies to that booking.
