Customer Bookings
When you submit a booking, we collect your name, phone number, service address, and service details to schedule, confirm, and fulfill your request. Booking information is used solely to coordinate service and communicate updates with you and the assigned provider.
Provider Onboarding
Service providers applying to Linkit Services submit business and identity details for verification, background review, and payout setup. This information is used only to evaluate and manage provider participation on the platform.
Dispatch Notifications
When a booking is ready to assign, we send SMS and in-app notifications to eligible providers with job offer details, and to customers when a provider is matched, en route, or arriving. These messages are transactional and tied to active bookings.
Payment Notifications
We send SMS and email notifications related to payment receipts, payment requests, refunds, and provider payouts. Payments are processed by trusted third-party processors; Linkit Services does not store full card numbers.
Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message from Linkit Services. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. Transactional emails can be stopped by contacting support.
