  • Linkit is free to try and free to use — creating a provider account is free.
  • Signing up does not charge you anything.
  • Signing up does not obligate you to accept jobs or use Linkit services.
  • You can review the opportunity, submit your information for review, and decide later whether to participate.
  • No subscription, membership fee, or automatic payment is created by opening an account.
  • If Linkit ever offers a paid service or a separate agreement, it will be clearly disclosed and separately accepted by you — nothing like that exists today.

What is Linkit Services?

Linkit Services is an online marketplace for everyday service needs, starting with professional cleaning. Customers submit a request through the Linkit website or app — for a home, rental, office, or short-term rental turnover.

Every request is reviewed by a person before it is scheduled. Reviewed requests are then matched with cleaning providers whose service area, services, and availability fit the job. Providers on Linkit are vetted professionals — identity, insurance, background and tax checks are completed, and the Provider Agreement is signed, before any work is offered.

Linkit is now expanding across the wider San Francisco Bay Area, and provider applications are reviewed one at a time by our team.

What providers work with

What Linkit provides to cleaning businesses that complete the process.

Access to customer opportunities

Cleaning requests submitted through Linkit are reviewed by a person and matched with providers whose cities, services and availability fit the request. Opportunity volume varies and is never guaranteed.

Onboarding guidance

A Linkit team member reviews your submission, explains each requirement before you agree to anything, and stays available while you complete the steps.

Technology and support

Providers use Linkit's platform tools to receive reviewed requests, share job updates, and reach a real support contact when questions come up.

Submit business information for review

You can start with a short form — business name, cities served, services, availability. No ID, tax or bank details are requested at that first step.

Terms, fees and payout details are shared during review, before you agree to anything. Eligibility means you can receive opportunities when they are available — it is not a promise of jobs, income, or a specific number of customers.

How it works — five steps

From learning about Linkit to choosing your first opportunity.

  1. 1

    Learn about Linkit

You're here. Read how Linkit works and what the process involves — no commitment yet.

  2. 2

    Create a free provider account

Complete the short first step: your business details, the cities you serve, the services you offer, and your availability. It's free, and it doesn't obligate you to anything.

  3. 3

Submit business details and any requested documents

If there is a fit, we invite you to the full application, which asks for ID, insurance documents, tax and payout details.

  4. 4

Linkit reviews and verifies the information

Identity, insurance, background and tax checks are completed, and the Provider Agreement is signed. Training and a certification assessment are required before receiving opportunities.

  5. 5

If approved, you choose whether to accept opportunities

Once verified, your business is eligible to receive reviewed customer opportunities that match your cities, services and availability. Each opportunity is yours to accept or decline.

Verification is required before any work is offered — this protects customers and providers alike. Existing Linkit verification standards are not changed by anything on this page.

Common questions

Straight answers before you decide anything.

Does it cost anything to sign up?

No. Creating a provider account and submitting your information for review is free. There is no subscription, membership fee, or automatic payment.

Am I required to accept jobs?

No. Signing up creates no obligation to accept jobs or use Linkit services. If you are approved, each opportunity is yours to accept or decline.

What happens after I submit my information?

A Linkit team member reviews your submission. If there is a fit, we invite you to the full application and verification steps. You can decide at each stage whether to continue.

What information or documents may be requested?

The first step asks only for basic business details — name, cities served, services, and availability. The full application, which comes later, may request ID, insurance documents, tax details, and payout information.

How do I get help?

Call (888) 775-9912 and ask for the provider team, or email us. A person will explain how the platform works before you submit anything.

How do I stop or withdraw my application?

Just tell us. Call or email and ask to withdraw — we'll stop the review and remove your application. You can also simply choose not to continue at any step; there is nothing to cancel.

Ready to submit your business for review?

The first step takes about two minutes and asks only for basic business details.
