Services
Linkit Services provides booking coordination and marketplace services connecting customers with independent cleaning and home service providers.
Booking Requests
Submitting a booking request does not guarantee immediate acceptance or provider availability. Services are subject to scheduling and provider confirmation.
Payments
Customers agree to pay all applicable service fees and charges associated with approved bookings. Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers.
Cancellations
Cancellations and reschedules are governed by the Linkit Services Cancellation Policy, which sets the cancellation windows, fees, no-show charges, and discretionary waivers that apply to your booking.
Refunds & Service Concerns
Refund requests and service-quality claims are governed by the Linkit Services Refund Policy, which sets the claim submission process, investigation procedures, resolution options, and exclusions that apply to your booking.
Damage Claims
Property damage or loss claims are governed by the Linkit Services Damage Claims Policy, which sets the reporting deadline, required documentation, investigation process, provider insurance considerations, and resolution options that apply to your booking.
Independent Providers
Service providers operating through Linkit Services are independent contractors and are responsible for performing services professionally and lawfully. Providers are bound by the Provider Agreement, which is accepted electronically during onboarding and governs independent contractor status, insurance, payouts, cancellations, and account suspension.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to provide accurate booking information, safe service conditions, and reasonable access to service locations.
SMS Communications
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages related to bookings, reminders, service updates, and customer support.

Limitation of Liability
