Step 1 of 4

Tell us about your cleaning business

A short first step for cleaning businesses. It takes about two minutes. We don't ask for ID, tax or bank details here.

New to Linkit? Read how working with Linkit works first — it explains the whole process in plain language.

• Step 1: you send the short form below.

• Step 2: a Linkit team member reviews your cities and services.

• Step 3: if there is a fit, we explain the next requirements before you agree to anything.

Terms, fees and payout details are shared during review, before you agree to anything.

Which of these cities do you serve?
Cleaning services you offer (optional)
Availability (optional)

Before you send — the facts:

  • Creating a provider account is free — signing up charges you nothing.
  • No subscription, membership fee, or automatic payment is created.
  • Signing up doesn't obligate you to accept jobs or use Linkit services.
  • You can review the opportunity, submit your information, and decide later whether to participate.
  • Any future paid service or separate agreement would be clearly disclosed and separately accepted — none exists today.

Next required before you can be verified

  • A completed IRS Form W-9 (Linkit uses it for any required tax reporting).
  • A current certificate of insurance (COI) for your business.
  • A license, where it applies to you: a current business license for your cleaning business where your city or county requires one, or the appropriate contractor license only if you offer services that legally require one. Most cleaning work does not need a contractor license — we confirm what applies to your services and location.

Don't send these by email or text. After review we'll send you a secure upload link. You're not verified until a person reviews your documents.

This form doesn't ask for ID, insurance documents, W-9 or bank details. The full application, which comes later, does.

What happens next
  1. 1. Received — waiting for human review

A Linkit team member reviews your cities and services. No action needed from you.

  2. 2. Area and fit reviewed

If there's a fit, we'll invite you to the readiness checklist (insurance, license where required, background-check willingness).

  3. 3. Readiness checklist

After review, the next step is the full application, which currently asks for ID, insurance documents, W-9 and payout details.

  4. 4. Verification & agreement

Identity, insurance, background and tax checks, plus the Provider Agreement, must all be complete before any work is offered.
