Customer questions
- How do I request a cleaning with Linkit?
- Choose a service, enter your address and preferred time, and submit the request. Linkit reviews each request and matches it with a qualified cleaning provider.
- Which Bay Area cities does Linkit serve right now?
- Linkit is in a controlled launch in San Jose, Santa Clara, Sunnyvale, Cupertino, Mountain View, Palo Alto, Los Altos, Los Altos Hills and Atherton. Availability depends on provider capacity in each city.
- What is the difference between a standard clean and a move-out clean?
- A standard clean maintains an occupied home. A move-out clean is more detailed and covers empty cabinets, drawers and areas that are normally hidden by furniture.
- Can property managers request cleaning for several units?
- Yes. Property managers and realtors can submit turnover, vacancy and pre-listing cleaning requests through the same request flow.
- How do I pay?
- Payment is handled securely through PayPal at booking.
Provider questions
- Does it cost anything to join Linkit as a cleaning provider?
- No. Starting the provider application is free. Linkit does not promise a number of jobs or a level of income.
- What do I need for the first step?
- Only your business name, contact details, the launch cities you serve, your services and availability. ID, tax and bank details are only requested after a fit review.
- Which cities can providers apply for?
- Providers who serve one or more of the nine launch cities can apply now. Others can join the waitlist.
